This data is processed securely in our booking system, Bilberry, and is shared with local guide companies to facilitate the activities you book, such as tours and excursions.

Payment Information

Payment details are collected through our payment provider, Nets, to process your bookings securely. Booking and payment records are retained for 10 years as required by Norwegian accounting and tax legislation before being securely deleted.

Communication Information

When you contact us via email, your name and email address are processed through our email provider. Emails are automatically deleted after 10 years.

Cookies and Website Analytics

We use cookies on our website to enhance user experience and improve our services. Cookies help us track website performance and visitor activity through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics. These tools process only basic visitor statistics, and no personally identifiable information, such as IP addresses, is tracked.
