Terms and Conditions
Terms for Purchase and Participation in Scheduled Tours
Scheduled tours refer to all activities with set departures as published on our website.
Confirmation
Your booking becomes binding once you receive written confirmation from Duen Experience acknowledging payment. Duen Experience is then responsible for delivering the products/arrangements you have booked, and you are financially responsible for the booking. By making a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any travel companions. You accept responsibility for ensuring payment is made for all participants in your group. It is your responsibility to ensure the booking corresponds to your order. Additionally, you are responsible for informing all participants in your group about the details of the booking and any potential changes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Any payments made will be refunded in full. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, no refund will be issued.
Complaints
Any complaints related to the services provided by Duen Experience must be submitted in writing within five days of the completed activity. Complaints received after this deadline will not be eligible for financial compensation.
Programme Details
Duen Experience reserves the right to adjust tours and programmes due to weather conditions. All activities and schedules may be modified or cancelled for safety reasons. In the event of cancellation by Duen Experience, payments made will be refunded in full. The main participant who made the booking will generally be contacted via the email address provided during the booking process. It is, therefore, important to check your email regularly for updates.
Liability
The organiser holds liability insurance through its insurance provider. Participants are required to have their own relevant travel insurance. Duen Experience cannot be held responsible for losses or additional costs caused by delays or events beyond the company’s control, such as strikes, accidents, illness, or other force majeure circumstances. Duen Experience is not responsible for personal belongings brought by customers, such as bags, glasses, cameras/phones, clothing, etc.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for assessing whether they are physically and mentally fit to join the booked tours. Customers must adhere to the organiser's rules and instructions.
Duen Experience reserves the right to deny participation if the customer poses a safety threat to themselves or others, or if they act in a way that significantly disrupts the experience for other participants.
By booking a tour, participants confirm there are no medical reasons preventing their participation in the described activity. Instructions given by our staff must be followed at all times. Failure to comply may result in the participant being excluded from further participation in the activity. In such cases, the participant will not be entitled to a refund.
If a participant decides to leave a tour or programme of their own accord, they will not be entitled to a refund.
Disputes
Any disputes between customers and Duen Experience will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where Duen Experience is located.
